A natural smoky quartz point from Malawi with a dense, textured surface and a deep, grounded tone. The body carries a granular, almost sugar-like coating across portions of the crystal, contrasting with clearer faces that catch light more subtly. Internal fractures and inclusions create depth without overpowering the structure, giving it that slightly hazy, mineral-rich look rather than a clean glass clarity. The termination is intact, with asymmetry that adds character rather than taking away from the piece. One side shows heavier natural coating and mineral presence, while other faces reveal more of the underlying smoky quartz, offering variation as it’s turned in the light.
